Personalisation
Each item is made to order, this means that we can personalise it to your requirements.
Please ensure that any wording you want is correctly spelt and with any punctuation inserted. We will copy and paste the details given by you onto the album so it is vital that you check before sending.
Should a mistake be made by the buyer then we can usually rectify the problem, please contact us should this happen.
We can also customise the colours of all of our albums, should you require a certain design in different colours then please purchase the design you want and add a messge with your payment stating your desired colours.
Delivery Of Albums
We aim to dispatch all of our items within 21 days although this sometimes varies. This is due to the constant high demand for our albums and guest books.
We do not work 9-5, we often work much longer hours to ensure our customers do not wait any longer than neccessary.
We work strictly on a diary system based on when your guest book is needed, this means that upon receipt of your order we will look at when you need the book for, then we will add your order to our diary. We will then email you to tell you the date we expect to work on and dispatch your item.
Should you require an album urgently please contact us before ordering to ensure that we can deliver on time.
Delivery Of Gifts/Jewellery
Gifts and jewellery items will be dispatched within 3-5 days
Postage costs within the Uk
Postage is charged at a flat rate regardless of how many items you purchase, you also have a choice of how your parcel is delivered
Royal Mail Second Class ~ FREE
Royal Mail First Class ~ £2.95 per order
Royal Mail Special Delivery ~ £5.99 per order
Overseas postage costs
Up to £10 ~ £4.00
Up to £25 ~ £7.50
Up to £50 ~ £12.50
Up to £100 ~ £18.00
Payment
You can pay securely through paypal, we never see your details and you receive full payment protection, the safest, fastest and easiest way to pay.
Alternatively you can pay by post either by uncrossed postal order or by cheque made payable to A. Ross.
If paying by cheque your delivery will take longer as we do not dispatch until the payment has cleared.
Returns
In compliance with distance selling regulations we do not normally accept returns on personalised items.
However we will accept returns within 14 days under the following circumstances:
* Your item was damaged during delivery ~ you must inform us immediately of the damage sending pictures if possible so that we may claim from Royal Mail for the damage.
* A mistake was made by us on the personalisation ~ as we copy and paste your request this should never happen.
